I would like to Personally thank the Lara team @ Daum Commercial Real Estate for its excellent work on getting our very challenging deal with Watson Land Company  done.  It was crucial that they brought the right players to the table that were able to move quickly to facilitate the reverse exchange and also secure a 15 year lease for Pacific Toll Processing, Inc. Rudy hit it out of  the park by bringing Prologis in and making it all happen. I could not have asked for better representation throughout the deal.

We were very pleased with how the Lara Team managed the process in the sale of our 10 acre site in Carson. Given the complexity of the transaction and the timing required to make it work for all parties, the Lara’s did a superb job. We look forward to the opportunity to work with the Lara’s again in the future.

The Los Angeles based Lara-Team at Daum Commercial was instrumental helping Prologis expand its infill South Bay portfolio in 2016. Rudy Lara and team helped Prologis to navigate through a complex tri-party transaction including Watson Land as seller and PTP as long term tenant. The deal had significant time constraints due to trade requirements and we had to execute a purchase contract, renegotiate/extend a lease and diligence a complex property all within a month. The Lara-Team expertly shepherded the each of the respective stakeholders with their personal touch to achieve a rare win-win-win outcome. We look forward to working more with the Lara-Team in 2017.
